Cancelled or postponed events in general: As soon as we receive information from the respective organizers regarding procedures and modalities, we will contact you individually.
WOA 20/21: The validation of your tickets has started, you have received a detailed mail from us. Please also check your spam folders!
In general: if there were problems with the exchange, for example with a wrong photo or something similar, please do not contact us by yourself, but wait until we reach out to you.
You have already contacted us because you cant find your tickets or because of the current situation you cant get your tickets easily? For this we will get in touch with you and find solutions.
You are waiting for your orders of Merch or additional articles?Due to the continuing and understandable challenges in the logistics industry, there are unfortunately still delivery delays in all areas. Please allow a bit more time, all parties involved are working on getting your order to you as soon as possible.
