personalized W:O:A tickets. Today we start with the second service: The name change service.

To avoid confusion we have summarized both options once again for you:
Option 1:
You got a Ticket, but you can’t make it to the festival? And you
don’t know someone who wants to go to the festival with your ticket? Or
do you still need a ticket? Then you should visit the Ticket Exchange!

Option 2:
You’ve bought a ticket with your name on it but you want to give it
away to a friend or family member? In this case you have to use the Name Change Service.
