Below are the latest answers to some of your most pressing
questions (as of 08.02.2021).

W:O:A 21/22:
The start of the ticket exchange for Wacken Open Air 2022 is scheduled for July 1, 2021. For information on the process, please visit the FAQ at wacken.com and read them carefully.
Wacken Winter Nights 21/22:
The fourth edition of our beautiful winter festival in Wacken will
take place from 18 - 20 February 2022.
We have contacted all ticket buyers again by email, you have again
the choice if you want to keep your tickets or if a payout is better for you.
If you have submitted a ticket and it has already been checked,
you will have received an e-mail with a link.
There you have the possibility to exchange the ticket for a ticket
for 2022 or to apply for a refund.
The exchange to a ticket for WWN 2022 will be initiated
automatically. However, please still click on the link and confirm the exchange
to WWN 2022. Those who keep their ticket will help us a lot in planning for the
next edition.
Important: please do NOT dispose of your 2020 WWN tickets, they
must be presented at the entrance with your 2022 electronic tickets!
If you want to apply for a refund, click on the link, select the
tickets you want to be refunded and enter your IBAN.
The tickets do not need to be returned, the refunded tickets then
automatically lose their validity and can be kept as a souvenir.
We would like to ask you to complete both the exchange and the
return by the end of April 2021 at the latest.
The email for the exchange/refund of confirmed tickets has already
been sent out to all customers.
Check your email inboxes and also look in the spam folder if necessary.
